Viader Wine Store
Our philosophy is to allow the grapes and terroir (all factors that influence the character of grapes grown in a specific microclimate), to express themselves naturally in every glass of VIADER. There is extended maceration of hand-selected lots and the malolactic fermentation occurs in small barrels which are 100% new French Oak every year. Our vineyards are hand labored, organically and biodynamically farmed. The wines spend up to 24 months in barrels in our underground caves and are racked – decanted by gravity, barrel to barrel – as needed with no fining or filtration.
